- You can have them write on an individual paper, one big class chart paper, sticky notes what ever you find easiest
- Yes or No Cards
- A great website on Yes or No Cards
- You could also give the student white boards to write any answer down so it is not just limited to yes or no
- Math Blog/Journal
- A great website on math journals
- At the end of the day have them write what they have learned in that lesson

How to find a balance? Learning fun and assessment.
When thinking about a traditional math class it seems like the tend is leading towards as many active and hands on activities as possible, which I think is great. It just leads to one problem, how do we fit in assessment. I have seem some pretty cool things used in the past so I thought I would share them!
